Only what you give us
If you use our contact form: your name, email, company name, company size, approximate software spend, how you heard about us, and your message. If you accept analytics cookies: anonymised usage data about how the site is used. That's it — no data brokers, no selling, no surprises.
Why we're allowed to hold it
Enquiry details are processed on the basis of legitimate interest — you asked us to get back to you. Analytics runs only with your consent, given via the cookie banner, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months. If you become a client, contractual records are kept as required by UK law.
Under UK GDPR
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and request portability. Email us and we'll act within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled anything, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
